If you like a plan but would like to make a few changes, we offer a minor modification plan fee option shown as well.
If you are looking to expand outside of the footprint and add more sq. ft. we also offer a larger modification fee for custom changes. Once we receive a few details we can give you the cost to modify the plan you like, into one you love.
